It was such a pleasure photographing this sweet little girl the other day. I photographed her parent’s wedding back in March and it was great to see the family again. Kelly (her mom) baked a cake just for Alyssa to play in for some fun pictures. And boy did she have a blast!
Here’s a few from the park before the cake madness began:

Going in for the kill!

So when we first brought Opie home we said we wouldn’t let him sleep in our bed. We got him a little doggie bed and put it next to our bed as an alternative. He actually does love his doggie bed, but this morning we let him up into our bed for a little Sunday morning snuggle time. It was a great way to start the day…we’re off to eat some good food at West Fest…Happy Sunday!

For some reason, I LOVE dandelions! I think they are absolutely beautiful. Well I’ve been wanting to photograph a dandelion ever since they started popping up this season, but I never had a chance until now. This single dandelion popped up in my backyard and I jumped at my opportunity before Opie did :)

these are brilliant. now thats talent…taking a little overlooked (and often plucked) dandelion and making a beautiful work of art! i think the second one would rock the walls as a GIANT canvas. ;)

Leah & Dan ~ married
Posted on June 23, 2008
After spending the day with Leah & Dan on their wedding day, all I can think of now is: wow, this couple is SO IN LOVE and holy crap this couple can DANCE THEIR SOCKS OFF! From the pre-ceremony shots to the reception, the day progressed very nicely thanks to Leah’s itinerary. She was the most prepared, organized bride I have ever worked with - and I must say it was wonderful! It made my job so much easier having everyone ready and waiting at the specified locations for pictures.
Even though it suddenly started storming as their ceremony was ending, the skies cleared up by the time we all made it to the reception at the beautiful Lake Lyndsay Lodge. Their reception was so much fun! Leah & Dan surprised everyone during their first dance, which in my opinion was the highlight of the evening. They started off slow-dancing as usual and then all of a sudden the music changed to hip-hop and they performed an entire choreographed routine that dazzled us all! My pictures do not do this dance justice, but luckily Steve from Glass Eye Video was there to capture all the action on video. All of you brides definitely need to check out his amazing work.
Leah & Dan ~ It was such a pleasure sharing in your beautiful day and I hope the love that radiated from both of you that day will last forever! Congratulations!

I love these pictures…kelly. Your website turned out beautiful!
